Claude Migrate is an unofficial CLI that moves Claude Desktop Code sessions to another account on the same Mac, pins included. It copies the session records from the old account's sidebar store to the new one, keeps their IDs so pins survive, and clears the links that belong to the old account. It dry-runs first and is undoable.

Moving from a personal to a Team account otherwise leaves the Code tab empty.
A dry run shows exactly what would move before anything is written.
The migration is undoable, and it never touches transcripts or existing files.
