Gauge CLI is an open-source command line tool for hillclimbing agent experience. It runs real coding agents against your Skills, CLI, SDK, MCP server, API or docs, captures where they get stuck, and lets your own coding agent test fixes before you publish them. The whole loop runs locally in Docker with the agent subscriptions or API keys you already have.
Be the first to rate Gauge CLI. Your feedback helps other users decide.
It catches interactive commands that hang, deprecated patterns agents reach for, and workflows they cannot work out.
Gauge reports when a Skill goes unused even though the task should have triggered it.
Your own agent can test a proposed change to help text, code or docs before you publish it.
