Inillucent is an embedded SQL database written in Rust and built as an agentic database. It implements the SQLite dialect with a Postgres dialect listed as upcoming, adds vector embeddings for semantic search and keyword search, and ships with a command line, a shell and an MCP server so an agent can query structured and semantic data through one database.

Relational SQL and vector search live in the same embedded file.
The bundled MCP toolset lets an agent query data without custom glue code.
The SQLite dialect is implemented, so existing queries carry over.
