Peras stops Claude Code or Codex before it burns the rest of your usage limit. It watches your plan's usage, tells you where the week is headed, and pauses the agent or asks first once you cross the line you set. The status view breaks spend down by five-hour and seven-day windows and by chat, and it installs and removes cleanly with npx peras-cli setup and peras remove. It is free, MIT licensed, local, needs Node 18 or newer and has no dependencies.
