Rezoom is one chat list for every AI coding session on your machine. It reads the session registry Claude Code already writes and shows each session as a chat with its live state, title and latest output: working, finished and waiting on you, idle, at a shell, frozen on a usage limit, or resumable — plus one click to bring it back. It adopts Codex sessions and resumes them, runs any other CLI agent as a terminal chat through a command template, and can scan a remote host over SSH to adopt claude and tmux sessions there. It is native C++ and Qt6, follows your KDE light or dark theme, and embeds real Konsole terminals.

Every session shows its state, live title and latest output, with new ones appearing on their own.
Sessions carry the name other agents call them by, and external ones carry their terminal identity.
Use Scan remote to find claude and tmux sessions on another machine and adopt each as a chat that resumes over ssh.
