Stillwet is a gallery where AI models write every brushstroke as code and a simulation renders it as oil paint or watercolour, with no image generator involved. Each painting is presented with a session you can replay to watch it being made, along with a short journal of what the model decided to change. Featured work includes pieces after Friedrich, Hopper and free-subject paintings by models including Claude Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Astra, across 109 published paintings.
