CaseCite is a source-available, self-hosted legal research platform. Eight tools sit behind one login over the same document corpus: research with semantic retrieval and BM25 keyword rescoring plus inline citations; document upload and indexing with imports from Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, Dropbox, iManage, NetDocuments, Filevine and Clio; a contract review pipeline that compares two to four contracts clause by clause against a baseline and exports a redline; drafting grounded in up to four documents with a section plan you review first; a case view over CourtListener opinions; and an authority map. Documents, the search index and chat history stay on your own servers, and AI features run under your own API keys with no telemetry.

Ask a question over your documents and get semantic retrieval with keyword rescoring and inline citations back to the source.
Analyze an indexed or pasted contract, compare several against a baseline, and export a redline, a draft or the analysis.
Pick up to four documents, review a section plan, then let each section be drafted in its own context window.
