TaskPocket is a to-do list app for your browser and iPhone that ships with an MCP server instead of built-in AI. It is deliberately small: seven words in the interface and no method to learn, with dates and repeats lifted out of whatever sentence you type. The free plan needs no credit card, and the company states it makes money only from people paying for it.

Write a date or a repeat in the sentence and let it be parsed out.
Point your own AI at the built-in MCP server instead of a closed assistant.
