capslkagent turns your Caps Lock LED into a status light for Claude Code, Codex, pi, oh-my-pi, Amp or opencode. Solid on means the agent is working, blinking means it needs your attention for a permission prompt or question, and off means idle. On Mac laptops it can drive the keyboard backlight instead, bright while the agent works and flashing when it needs you. It is one small Rust binary with no runtime dependencies beyond the OS, runs on macOS, Linux and Windows, and installs hooks for every agent on the machine with one command.
Be the first to rate Capslk Agent. Your feedback helps other users decide.
Run install-hooks --agent all to wire up every agent set up on the machine, then restart the agent.
Solid means working, blinking means it needs you, off means idle.
On a Mac laptop, run it with --backlight so brightness carries the state instead.
