Earshot lets you talk to Claude Code and hear the answer, on macOS. A voice skill makes Claude end each reply with a short spoken line hidden behind an invisible marker and written in italics, and a Stop hook reads it with the macOS say voice; with voice mode off the hook stays silent. The optional AirPods remote adds gestures: double-click the stem to start Claude Desktop dictation, pause or nod to send, and click or press Esc to stop Claude talking. It installs as a Claude Code plugin and needs AirPods with head tracking plus Hammerspoon.
